Over the years a wide variety of projects have come my way. The pictures and details below provide some details on only a handful of my work.  If you have metalwork needs, THINK METAL-MADE!

Metalwork & Design

  • Lid/Cover
    The lid/cover is 16ga. stainless steel frame and handle, with a plexi-glass body. I designed and produced these for a company that makes medical equipment. The lids were added to there production machinery to prevent environmental contamination while allowing there technicians a real-time view of the machine operations.
  • Generator Trailer
    Designed, produced and installed the dual tank mounting brackets. I also replaced the factory tongue, hitch and jack structure to support and distribute the added weight.

  • Parts Rack
    A CNC Machine shop won a contract to produce 2500 parts per week, continuously. This part consists of 26 individual machined surfaces, each having critical dimensions. The manufacturing process consists of many steps, involving six different locations within the shop. Four machining stations, the QA lab, and the packing-shipping department. Once this process is initialized, the individual parts are to have no contact with external objects, including each other, to insure and maintain integrity. The customer contracted us to design and build a transport that would accommodate six hundred parts, conform to the isolation requirements, insure correct ergonomics in loading and removal of parts, allow smooth mobility, navigate very constricted areas, all while maintaining complete stability.
